The All-Dry Basement System has been installed in thousands of homes over the past 30 years. Rising above the competition throughout the years, All-Dry has custom designed a baseboard water channeling system that can be applied to every type of basement and decor. The Baseboard is designed to be installed on the floor against the wall, using a two part marine epoxy. With its patented design, the baseboard system allows movement of the structure throughout the year. It can be painted, thus blending it in with finished walls.The appearance is that of finished baseboard trim, avoiding the look of the eye sore “systems” that other companies use.

		The All-Dry Do-It-Yourself products are easy to use, and very non-invasive. Contractors will be able to apply our products to pre-construction basements, or the homeowner can take on the task. We believe in saving our customers as much money as possible, so we have launched our own do-it-yourself line of products to better serve those in need of a dry basement.

Hiring a specialist to repair your leaking basement, or to help with any wall repair needs for your basement such as wall cracks or bowed walls, can be a very costly project! Basement contractors generally charge $8,000 - $12,000 for these projects. If you can simply dig a sump well pit, about 24" deep and 22" wide, we can guide you through the project and then you can save thousands by doing it yourself (you possibly may need the help of a family member, student, handy man or contractor, depending on your skill level). ADBS Water Kit-A: Contains 100 feet of base channel, 2 gallons of Marine Epoxy Mixes, check valve and sump pump. This is the least intrusive drainage system to install. Requires surface preparation, such as with a grinder; and the ability to mix a two component epoxy.

ADBS Water Kit-B: Contains 150 feet of variable sub-drain system, in 8 ft. sections; sump pump; check valve. This kit is a little more involved and involves jack hammering a drainage trench on the inside perimeter walls of the basement.

WALL REPAIR KITS Our Wall Repair Kit includes carbon fiber products that are placed on the wall to provide a positive wall to hold the wall stationary and to stop movement. We provide recommendations against shearing. Other products may be needed for your particular situation, we can talk with you about your scenario.

Carbon Fiber Wall Reinforcement and Pinning of the Walls: Cracked walls, bowed walls, and settling walls are a common problem in our industry. The age old remedy for reinforcing walls are to put iron I-beams against the walls, to stop the wall from falling in. Thanks to modern technology, and advancements in foundation repair, there are better ways to keep a wall from getting worse with our Carbon Fiber Strap Wall Reinforcement application.

Bio Clean Mold Treatment: We also offer mold treatments from Bio Clean. A cartridge of Bio-Clean can be placed on top of a de-humidifier to kill active mold spores in the air. A dehumidifier is recommended in all basements to keep the moisture out of the air and insure proper air flow throughout the basement. Bio-Clean concentrate can be used to spray existing mold and is effective in cleaning mold, and preventing mold from reappearing.
